About 🎶

...

I could say I love music. But you would probably answer: Who doesn't? So instead let me whisper while strumming my guitar. Music always felt like everything that happens when we stay with it. A foot tapping on the floor. Hands finding the rhythm without thinking. It takes us to places where we can wonder. It reminds us of moments when meaning was found. Songs do not just play. They live with us. Always happy to join, no matter our mood. Many of them here begin as poems, fragments of thoughts, melodies on a guitar, or moments that stayed with me, hoping to become music. They are shaped by the meeting of human ideas and new forms of intelligence— making possible what might have otherwise remained only dreams, scribbled notes, or unfinished melodies. So when I say I love music, what I really mean is this: I love what it does to bring us together. Across distance. Across time. Across things we do not always have words for. When we hear it. When we create it. When it makes us a little more whole. A little more ourselves. And may this space be a place where we don't have to hide it. — Kate
